Exits are important, and still too rare in equity crowdfunding.  So it'a important to celebrate them, and understand where they come from. Oval Medical Technologies, which makes auto-injectors - an alternative to traditional syringes, for people who are afraid of needles - raised £1.1m on SyndicateRoom in 2014, and has now been sold to bigger company.
